It sleeps 8 persons. There are four terraces,  each of appr. 40 m². The terraces on ground floor and upper floor have beautiful views towards the ocean and Fuengirola. There is a garage for one car. In the basement there open areas and a large terrace with swimming pool. The house is situated 500 meters from the picturesque Mijas pueblo.

The kitchen is fully fitted with both dishwasher and washing machine. It is well equipped for 8 persons.

There is a large sitting room, 75 m², equipped with new exclusive furniture.

The house has Sat. TV, A/C, heating, hot water from solar panels, alarm, towels and linen.

There are several golf courses located few kilometers from the house.
