I have over 30 years of experience from the IT industry, with a strong background in software design and development, team leadership, and have been covering a wide range of roles from Developer, Architect, Team lead, Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Agile Trainer and Software Development Manager. I have been working with Agile practices since 2003, and as a former partner and tech lead in a startup, I have extensive experience in all aspects of business, from early ideas to final product deployment and operation.

I have a burning passion for product development. Constantly searching for better ways of developing quality software solutions that make a real difference and provide actual value to those who use it.

I provide this, by doing it as a developer together with your team, or helping others do it as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master.
