This lovely holiday cottage is placed in a high and quiet area at Følle beach, near the beautiful Kalø creek in South-Djursland.

The house is from 1975, but has recently in 2005 been through a serious renovation and modernization. The kitchen, living room and the bathroom have been renewed. The kitchen contains new refrigerator in brushed steel, glass ceramic stove, hot air oven and dishwasher.

The house has 3 bedrooms. 2 persons pr room. One of the bedrooms has a three-quarter-bed, the other has two separate beds while the last one has two bunk beds. Two of the rooms have built-in closets. Besides electric heating the house has a new electronic-managed wood-pellet-stove, very easy to operate and heats the house fast in the chilly spring- and autumn evenings.

The house has a large panoramic window, from the one end of the living room to the other. In one of the ends there is a door, that leads to a big and lovely terrace, with furniture and a astonishing  view over Kalø creek.
