Research the paleo diet and don’t be afraid to lift heavy weights. I take a lean whey protein right after you work out (low carb). I take omega 3’s too. Don’t worry about getting bulky, if you train hard and eat fruits, veggies, meat, fish, and nuts you will get lean.
