Property Manager to support a 400 unit Portfolio in Upper Manhattan and the Bronx. Immediate Start!

One of NYC's seasoned Property Management firms is seeking a new Property Manager to support a rent-stabilized portfolio of 400 units across 7-8 in the Bronx and Upper Manhattan!

Must have atleast 3 years experience in subsidized housing management.

Will oversee 7 Superintendents and manage capital improvement projects.

Base Salary start at $80K-$100K based on experience plus health insurance and competive PTO package!
