Media Absurdity

If you know me, you know I’m not a big fan of Sarah Palin, but I regardless of my views on her, her daughters baby daddy is an idiot! If you didn’t see the video of Mr. Johnston on the CBS Early Show here’s a good version of the “good” parts.

Yes, its unfortunate that I had to get it from MSNBC, but that being said, THANK GOD king of the idiots, Keith Olbermann, was out with a case of WTF-itis.  Regardless, here’s the what makes this so absurd that it made our first post: Levi Johnston, is famous for knocking up an under-aged girl, who’s mother just happened to be John McCain’s running mate last year.  He might even be one of the sleeziest people I’ve seen in a long time.  But my personal views aside, he’s out to make a name for himself, doing interviews with Vanity Fair and that ridiculous pistachio commercial, he’s even slatted to be in Playgirl magazine. The guy is a joke, even the interviewer him looked at him like, “Oh my god, are you kidding me? I have to interview this idiot today? Man, I wish I didn’t bet that the Angels would win the AL pennant!”  She even shows her distrust and says, “You know all of this is hard to believe”  to which Johnston replies, “Yeah…I know, but I’m totally telling the truth” (paraphrase) Which, usually means you’re lying, but hey, who am I to judge. He may be telling the truth, or he may just be trying really hard to get on “The Hills” and get a “real” acting job, you know, to support his baby, like a good baby daddy should.

Its unfortunate that the media even gives this kind of idiot airtime, but I guess, America loves a train wreck and the media hates Sarah Palin, so it goes hand in hand, but even they need to admit that the best way to attack the Palins isn’t through Levi “I’m a moron” Johnston. Its laughable that CBS could even think anyone takes this guy seriously. All I have to say is, “WTF”.
