 There are often apartments for sale in Casa Alpina. Prices for one-bedroom apartments are usually from EUR 100,000 up to EUR 150,000 depending on the size and condition of the apartment. There are also a few small one-room studio-apartments, which can cost from EUR 80,000 to EUR 90,000. Casa Alpina is classified as a Holiday Property, which means that foreigners can buy an apartment and use it for holidays and for renting. When considering a property in Austria, foreign buyers must ensure that the apartment is classified as a 'Zweitwohnsitzgebiet', i.e. a Holiday Home or Second Home.
The property is from 1972 and the Owners Association has invested heavily in the last 5 years to update the facilities, including internal redecoration, new ski cellars with heated boot racks and complete renovation of the swimming pool. There are plans in place for further renovations, which are funded from the monthly management charges.
Casa Alpina is located just a short walk from the nearest ski lift and the childrens' and beginners slopes in the centre of Saalbach. There is a large Billa supermarket just a 5 minute walk away. There is a parking area all around the property and some apartments have access to an underground parking space. The property has a resident caretaker, 'Hausmeister,' who looks after the communal facilities and gardens. The building has an electronic entry-system and locks on all outside doors, making it very secure.

If you buy a property and would like to rent it out when you are not using it, we offer a management service that includes a person on-site to clean and look after the apartment, meeting guests to provide keys and information, and provision of towels and bed linen.
