Helpful and Easy to Understand!

The adviser I dealt with regarding installing my anti-virus was David Harvey. I spoke to him 3 or 4 times, and always found him polite, helpful and easy to follow and understand, which is something of a rarity these days! He was an absolute pleasure to speak to and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this service to anybody.

Well worth it

On a number of occasions I have dealt with Steve at MY Security Center. He has been able to explain to a techno dinosaur what he has been doing and has shown the utmost patience with me. Nothing has been too much trouble and he has shown determination not to allow a problem to beat him. Obviously sometimes the problem does win but not through lack of effort and research on his part. I have had excellent value and support from MY Security. Many thanks.

A great agency to deal with!

Both software products - MYPTuneUp and MYInternetSecurity - work very well. They are easy to understand and use. My Windows XP Desktop and my wife's Windows Vista Laptop are working faster, more smoothly, and with greater security than previously. I've worked directly with technicians Steve and Lyndon with immediately positive results. They called promptly as scheduled, and kept me aware every step of the way. Lyndon loaded an advance copy of his DEToolKit which is a big help in doing normal maintenance tasks. I highly recommend the company and their products.

Brilliant customer service.

I was having an issue with my spyware not working, so I emailed MYsecuritycentre for advice and received an email a couple of hours. They agreed a time and day where one of the tech employees could take over my PC and resolve the issue. I spoke to a man called Lyndon who talked me through what he was doing, and who offered fantastic customer support service throughout. He resolved the issue and my spyware now works fine. Overall brilliant service. Very impressed.

Best Help, nice People,Fast Solution

Those People Do not only cancle your problems with some programms - they also help you recognicing things you haven´t seen before.
As an Example: The helping Guy told me that I have one of the badest Fishing Browser ASK (he showed me on Wikipedia).
Today I have the Programm MYPCTuneUp since three Years and I am very
lucky that it cleans very fast my PC.
When we get W-Lan in April 2017 I will also try a Programm from MYSecurityCenter

Wonderful to Know Christian.

I had the pleasure dealing with Christian today he helped me to clean up my computer & setup my MYSecurity Center..he did a wonderful job and makes it all easy to understand he takes time to explain and fixed my computer. How much time that is needed he never makes you feel hurried, he is very professional, understanding and polite guy. i will be defiantly recommend all my friends to get this security system for there PC thanks to Christian. He also recommended me how to update my Windows Program without spending too much. I now feel very safe with my PC" as safety now. Alvin

MySecurity.com.

My computer had many pop ups, slow and many problems. I bought the MySecurity.com antivirus software and thank got my worries were over problems wete fixed and now my computer works well. The. technician help me step by step. Great customer service. Thank you.

My Antivirus

I have never made a review on the internet till today. Let me start i'm not a technical person. I knew I had to get me an antivirus. I asked Microsoft and they recommended to this company, MyFreeAntivirus. I then bought myantivirus for $19. I didn't really know how to install it so I called the company and surprise!! a real person picked up. She was really sweet and helped me installed the software for free. She even gave me a few tips to keep my computer in good condition.

I was really surprised. Customer service was beyond professional. So, thubs up from me!

Service with a smile.

I was extremely pleased with the service I received from both Marion and your engineer Celsten. The problem with my computer was complicated and took a few days to resolve, but he never gave up or expressed impatience with my lack of computer skills.
I am really satisfied with the way in which your company dealt with the situation and would recommend them to my friends and associates.

Simply the best service!

I had forgotten to end my subscription in time, and when I was away on holiday the yearly sum was automatically paid out from my credit card. When I came home, I contacted MySecurityCenter, and you very kindly refunded me the whole amount. Thank you so much, August!

AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

In the last 2 days I discovered some very interesting things on my computer. It was running slow, strange,very extreme PORN things showing up on when opening the computer. I was also Hacked, Not knowing it,!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This company and EVERY SINGLE SENIOR TECH AND ANY ONE NEEDED saw what happened to my computer and began doing what I can only call INCREDIBLE. Its 12 am their time and, I hope they are going home finally!!!!!!!!! They are coming back to do more on Monday. THEY ARE 5 STAR EVERYTHING AND THE MOST AMAZING PEOPLE.. I wont trust my computer security to anyone else and neither should you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wish I would have used this service much sooner!!!

When I first contacted MYSecurity Center, I was told they would handle everything for me and my computer was up and running wonderfull after Steven, my technician finished. I completly trust this company and will always's return to them when needed. I was taught new things about the computer that I was completely unaware of, and so glad I did. Steven was wonderfull, now I have my computer back. Thank You So Much!!! New friends of mine!!!!!!!!

SUPERIOR ASSISTANCE

I had the good fortune and luck of the Irish to be assisted by Gary Reid. He is a computer wiz. His skills, knowledge, and mastery of the computer are limitless.
He gives you his full attention at all times. He describes the problems involved and his solutions to those problems. He is so kind and makes you feel like a very valued customer. He had great patience when dealing with this "computer dummy."
I will never use any other products than yours again. He definitely leaves a wonderful lasting impression.
Your company made a very propitious decision when you hired Gary. It is so comforting to know that you have people like Gary working for you. He is a very talented man and adds great qualities to your company. Never let him go!

Great customer service, Lyndon is the best!

I have had issues with this pc for some time and two different techs have worked with me to correct the issues. The last one I have dealt with is Lyndon and I sent him an email last week about a problem I was having and he responded quickly. We set up a time for him to fix the pc today and with less than an hour he had my pc running smooth and fast! I recommend anyone with pc problems to contact My Security Center and get their program with the customer service! You cannot beat this deal nor can you find a better group of techs. Lyndon is #1 in my eyes! Thank you!

The staff ere very helpful when I contacted them

I downloaded this programme by mistake; decided I didn't want it as I had other satisfactory security in place. I had tried to uninstall it, but even though I am the administrator it was impossible.to do so.
When I emailed the company they were extremely helpful and after arranging a mutual time uninstalled it for me.
So if this product is what you want I am sure they will do a good job.
