Should you be a young woman starting study, internship or job, or just need a place to stay in Copenhagen for 6 to 12 months, here you find the perfect room!
The lovely bedroom is fully furnished with a nice queen-size bed, wardrobe, dresser, desk, chair and bookcases, but these can easily be moved to make room for your stuff. It is located in the charming city of Bagsværd, 12 km far from CPH downtown (25 min journey by S-train to Copenhagen Central Station). Bus stop is just 2 min walking and S-train line A station is 15 min walking distance.
The house is a luxurious space of 180 m2, divided in 2 floors, equipped with 4 bedrooms in total, spacious living + home-theater TV + dining rooms, 1 bathroom and 1 additional guest toilet, beautiful kitchen with stove, oven, fridge/freezer, d...ishwasher and microwave. The basement is huge with another 100 m2 comprising laundry facilities with washing machine, horizontal freezer and storage rooms. In addition there is a cozy external living room equipped with table, chairs and treadmill, an exciting big garden with area for grill and a locked bike shed. The house is located in a quiet and peaceful street away from traffic noise.
Bagsværd is a very nice and cozy city with everything you need: shops (Netto, Fakta, SuperBest, Irma etc), bakery, restaurants and take-away, pharmacy, bank branches/cash-withdrawal automated machines, Matas shop, post office, public library, cinema, among others. It is close to nature with park, green areas for picnic and lake (Bagsværd sø) 10 min by cycling.
The monthly rent of 5200 DKK for the private bedroom includes consumption of water, heating, gas, electricity, Wi-Fi Internet and laundry facility. All the remaining areas in the house are commonly shared with the other mates (highlights for the bathroom, kitchen and laundry area). Cleaning of public areas is performed by a housekeeper and costs are shared among all flat mates as well procurement of common items such as toilet paper, paper towels and cleaning products (except laundry).
By deciding to rent our bedroom, you will have the opportunity to live together with other mates and the owners, a very nice and easy-going Brazilian couple without kids, a female pharmacist and a male psychologist, who are happy by nature and like smiley and open people. We love gatherings and barbecuing is one of our favorite hobbies. We look for a non-smoker female mate with no kids and pets.
