I can't remember exactly what Aero Commander package it was, but in one of them the Panel actually has a gauge with a tag marked "INOP" across the gauge face!

Hi! I predominantly fly across Europe, lately flying the nice Carenado GA aircraft. I used to fly tubeliners, but now I'm having more fun flying low and slow. Ocasionaly I head over to other continents, North and South America, and I love to fly in New Zealand, especially since it is now winter there. I love to look at the winter scenery.

Good job!  Glad you are back on course without any further mysterious engine problems.  The Merlin is as a rule VERY reliable and the odds to have all 4 fail at once is normally almost unheard of!  🙂  

I installed the HUP "per readme" and still get this message:   And then the screen looks like this (no aircraft moving 360 view), until it crashes and reloads FSX.   I get the same regardless of the specific model selected.

Have downloaded from here this great aircraft from Milton Shupe (one of my favorite designers)! just to find out that few instruments are missing in the panel. I was scratching my head trying to figure out where these gauges disappeared, until I noted in the instructions that the aircraft comes with "few unserviceable instruments" - Even shown in the downloaded picture. Amazing how Milton matched reality with this old worn out bush aircraft - it would be unlikely that all the instruments would function. 😀 Debating whether I install these in? Maybe not.😀 Reality prevails!

Hey Charlie, Ohhh, missed that "little" note in the readme. No, the H-21 isn't installed atm, but I'll see if that fixes things. I'll post if it works or not. Thanks.

NOTE: you will have to copy over the H-21 VC mdl file to the HUP model folder, the entry's are all made in the cfg file. Sound aliased to the H-21C, so you'll need that one installed (why wouldn't you have the Banana? It's amazing!)   Did you copy over the mdl file?

Has anyone had success in using the Piasecki HUP for FSX? https://simviation.com/1/search?submit=1&keywords=piasecki&categoryId=56 (Sorry but the HUP is not available for FSX on our site here.)   When I attempt to select the aircraft I get a "Can not display model" message and then FSX locks up and restarts.   If you know how to correct this issue, or know of another location for this aircraft, that actually works, please let me know.   Thank you.
